About
A civic issue platform for local communities.
What is this platform?
This is a RISROS civic issue platform: a shared place for a community to report local problems and transparently follow their progress, from everyday nuisances to larger, longer-running issues.
Not a complaints book. The platform carries a report through a structured path from a raw problem to a real outcome — gathering knowledge, coordinating effort, and keeping a documented result — rather than letting it disappear into an inbox.
The mission
We believe local civic life works best when people can not only speak up but also act together. The platform's mission is to make local problems visible, connect the people affected by them, and help set them on a path toward a solution — transparently, with a public record.
The platform is politically neutral: it isn't tied to any party, candidate, or private interest. Its only goal is to help a community make its own area better.
The process
1. Problem
Every case starts with a report. Anyone in the community can describe a local problem: what it is, where it happens, and why it matters. After moderation, it becomes public and trackable.
2. Knowledge
An approved case gathers the context it needs: who is responsible, what background applies, and what has happened so far.
3. Working group
Cases that need sustained attention draw volunteers and affected residents together to work toward a solution.
4. Project
A concrete plan takes shape — goals, milestones, and owners — with progress visible to everyone.
5. Result
A case closes once the problem is solved, and the outcome stays on the public record.
How can you help?
This platform only works if the community takes an active part. A few ways to contribute:
- Submit a report: if you notice a local problem, report it on the platform.
- Support: if an existing case affects you too, add your support to it.
- Petition / signature: some cases open a petition — a signature adds weight with decision-makers.
- Share: share a case with people you know, so more people can join in.
